Hello everyone and welcome to my corner of the internet. My goal with The Unlaced Librarian is to uphold resources that help us all explore and understand our sexualities. I do this by reviewing an array of amazing non-fiction sexuality books and a sex toy or two.
My hopes are that when we explore and learn about our sexualities, we can have better lives. We can have better relationships with ourselves and other people, and we can sew our fantasies with our realities in ways that are genuine and healthy.
I started The Unlaced Librarian in 2013 when I was reading a lot and trying to figure out my own life and sexuality. Since then I have become a published erotic romance writer, spoken at national conferences about my experiences in sexuality, presented at regional library conferences about sexuality resources for public libraries, and independently published my own non-fiction sexuality books.
I’ve also been through a lot personally in the past few years–I’ve had my ups and downs, and honestly more of those years were spent down than up.
But in those years I learned a lot, I grew a lot, and I changed–all things that have only served to make my life better.
Now I’m relaunching my content. I’m finally–and gratefully–in a place where I can make The Unlaced Librarian the reliable resource I’ve always wanted it to be.
I would be honored if you would join me. I’ve literally read hundreds of sex books and I can’t wait to share them with you, no matter where you are on your exploration of sexuality.
’til then, thank you for stopping by, sticking with me, and supporting this vision. Let’s see what we can discover next!
